An apology from Tymal Mills as Sussex's Blast campaign ends in defeat

Captain Tymal Mills has apologised to Sussex supporters as the club brought the curtain down on a dismal Vitality Blast campaign with another defeat, this time against Hampshire Hawks at Hove on Sunday.
There wasn’t much wrong with the Sharks’ performance on this occasion, losing to a powerful Hampshire team, who won the south group, with just one ball to spare.
But looking back on a season which has seen Sussex finish bottom of their group, with just three victories in 12 matches, Mills said: “First of all, an apology.
"Some of the performances we’ve put out were pretty poor, especially the two sold out games against Surrey and Essex here. Those were disappointing performances.
