Sussex advertise for a new head coach. What does it mean and who might apply?

The restructuring of Sussex’s cricket management team is underway after the county advertised a new role of Head Coach.
The job spec says that whoever is appointed will report into the director of cricket, currently Paul Farbrace.
At the start of the season Farbrace told chief executive Mark West that his fourth season at Hove, during which time he has led Sussex back to the first division in the County Championship and an appearance at Vitality Blast finals day, would also be his last.
