Sussex’s search for a new Chair is underway after the voluntary role was advertised on the club’s website on Monday.

The process is being handled by Nigel Brewster, a partner at McBride Sport, a recruitment specialist whose website claim to… “focus on sports, entertainment, and events organisations and all aspects of their executive, non-executive, and senior level hires.

“In a world where mediocrity reigns, McBride Sport have built a reputation for fresh thinking, authenticity, accountability and being.”

Earlier this month chief executive Mark West admitted that it will be at least two months at before a replacement for Jon Filby will be named.
