Sussex head coach Paul Farbrace and his players face a monumental test of character at the Utilita Bowl on Tuesday as they attempt to resurrect their faltering Vitality Blast campaign.
Their bowling attack has been pulled apart by injuries and international calls and their 31-run defeat by Middlesex on Saturday leaves them nailed to the floor of the South Group table with just two points after three games.
